Howdy, all! This is my first post using Astro and welcome to my new website!

Why Astro and not WordPress?

I have used WordPress for years and enjoyed a career helping small business owners get online and establish a presence. Since joining my current role, however, I’ve found myself less available to manage my WP site. Astro, being a static site generator, offers a low-maintenance alternative that still allows me to share my thoughts and projects.

What do I currently think of Astro?

So far, the experience is mixed, because it’s a completely different flow than what I’m used to. With that said, I do look forward to using this platform more and discovering its full potential.
